# ivive.app

> Free IVIVE calculator for early drug discovery: in-vitro CLint, fu,mic and fu,p to hepatic and plasma clearance, with the observed-clearance range from 301 reference drugs, a structure-only second opinion, lab correction and species scaling. Also an MCP server, so LLMs can call the calculations instead of doing the arithmetic.

IVIVE under-predicts in-vivo clearance about 3-fold on average; every result carries the range observed for comparable reference drugs rather than a bare number. Results are research estimates, not for clinical, regulatory or dosing decisions.
